I first purchased an Onkyo 705. The Onkyo was very user friendly, and also had a few more bells and whistles. But I returned it because I was not happy with the "tinny" sound. Luckily, I stumbled on the Marantz. What a difference! This receiver has a very sweet sound. Music sounds great, with a warm full sound. Home theater is awesome too. I love it.
Customer Review: Good Deal
I'm on my second Marantz amp because I upgraded from the 4000 series. I like the Marantz as it has a 'warm' sound, as opposed to, for example, a Rotel which is a superb amp but too 'clinical' for my ears. Rock, pop, classical, this amp handles them all in style. The SR5002 does what it is supposed to do, it has all the features you need, and sounds great whatever format you use. I use mine for CDs, DVDs and Apple TV. B&W speakers complement this amp perfectly. For the price, a great amp.

I picked one of these up to replace my NAD T762 while it was in the shop. I had been keeping my eyes open for one of the digital amp Panny's (SA XR 57, or this) as a temporary hold until the NAD came back. Well, the NAD is back and the Panny is still running my Axiom epic 60 surround sound package 2 months later. Clear, crisp sound. Effortless power. The automated set-up with the included microphone for the speaker levels and delays is a great feature. It's a keeper.
Customer Review: Awesome receiver!
I found this receiver after searching for a slim unit for my TV stand very narrow shelves. I went in search of a unit that would replace a BOSE system I previously had in my old house (speakers stayed at my old house). I was looking for a 7.1 ch, with HDMI output and came across this Panasonic receiver, not too enthusiastic about this brand, but after a lot and I mean a lot of research and excellent reviews, I finally took the plunge. Dude, this baby rocks! Once you have the unit setup with personal settings (bass/treble/surround level/effects...etc) you will be amazed at the quality! This system will spoil you, every other system now sounds like crap. I used to love my BOSE and Lexus premium sound systems, but I guess I didn't know any better. The posted picture doesn't do justice either, once is on, you will see blue lights coming out of the mirror front panel, very cool! 4 stars because the only item on my wish list is a headphone jack, but not enough to switch to a lesser quality receiver. Customer Review: Excellent Buy! Excellent Brand! Excellent Quality!
Much like many of the other customers who purchased the Samsung 32" B Series LCD television, I too, did MUCH research before buying this television. After going to Target, Walmart, BestBuy, and various online stores, I decided to purchase the Samsung after MANY comparisons, and for only $499.99 at BestBuy. Between the price, brand name, and overall quality we can expect from Samsung, it just made sense to buy this television set over Sony. This television was bought with the intention of not spending more than $500 and having it perform at least above average for my bedroom. Upon looking at comparable televisions, the Samsung had an AMAZING picture. It was EXCEPTIONALLY clear and very clean, new, and expensive looking. The options were exactly what I wanted: Computer input, 2 HDMI cable inputs, and multiple component inputs. It was 720P but after speaking with many owners and doing more and more research, it just isn't worth the money to purchase a 1080p TV set ($700+) when you WON'T be able to tell ANY real difference under 40" television sets - THAT IS A GUARANTEED FACT!
